Zugleich erf\u00fcllt die PLANOPTIK AG mit dem Wechsel aus dem Freiverkehr in den Regulierten Markt h\u00f6here Standards in Bezug auf Transparenz und den Schutz von Aktion\u00e4rsinteressen.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits zuvor hat die PLANOPTIK AG ihre Unternehmensstruktur vereinfacht. Mit der Verschmelzung der beiden Tochtergesellschaften Little Things Factory GmbH und MMT GmbH auf die PLANOPTIK AG sind jetzt die wesentlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten in einer Gesellschaft geb\u00fcndelt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Prospektbilligung durch die BaFin zur Zulassung der Aktien der PLANOPTIK AG zum Regulierten Markt der Frankfurter Wertpapierb\u00f6rse (General Standard) erfolgte am 4. September 2025.
