Plan Optik starts the series production of MDF processed wafers
Plan Optik reacts on the increasing demand of wafers with a surface roughness of the sub-nanometer-class by starting a series production of micro-damaging-free glass wafers (MDF). According to customer statements Plan Optik is the sole producer of glass wafers with such proprietary process.
